The petitioners are impugning the order passed by the learned Assistant Collector in a Revision preferred by the petitioners under Section 23(2) of the Mamlatdars' Courts Act, whereby she refused to stay the execution and operation of the order passed by the Mamlatdar under Section 5(2) of that Act.

After hearing both the sides, it seems that the dispute can be sorted out if the Revision before the learned Assistant Collector is decided on merits finally. Both the sides make a joint request that the lower Authority may be directed to decide the Revision within ten days.

At the joint request of the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Assistant Collector to finally decide the Revision within ten days from today.

The learned A.G.P. shall communicate this order to the learned Assistant Collector today itself.
