The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the communication by the Deputy Secretary, Maharashtra Government addressed to the C.E.O., Zilha Prishads in the State, dated 26.08.2022, has redressed his grievance.

Mr.Sonawane, the learned Advocate representing the Zilha Parishad has placed a copy of the said communication on record, which is marked as 'X' for identification.
