The Petitioners are siblings and appear through their biological father.

The Petitioners have put-forth prayer clause 'B', as under:- "B) The respondent no. 2 Sub Divisional Officer may kindly be directed to issue Tribe Certificate in proper format i.e. Form-C, as prescribed under Maharashtra Schedule Tribe (Issuance of Certificate and Verification of) Rules 2003 framed under Maharashtra Act No. 23 of 2001, as early as possible."

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that both have surrendered Rajgond, Scheduled Tribe Certificates to Respondent No.2. 4.
In view of the above, these Petitions are disposed off with the following directions:- A] Respondent No.2 shall prepare the Certificates in format 'C' and keep them ready on 30.08.2022 at 12:00 noon.
3 wp 8178.2022+ B] The Petitioners would reach the office of Respondent No.2 on the said date and time and by completing the formalities, shall receive the said Certificates.
C] Respondent No.2 shall scrutinise as to whether the Certificates were actually issued by Respondent No.2, meaning thereby, as to whether the certificates are authentic.
