CORAM :

V.L. ACHLIYA, J.

DATED : 9th APRIL, 2018 PER COURT:- 1.

By this petitioner, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 01.04.2016, passed in R.C.S. No.329/2009. By the impugned order, the learned trial Court is rejected the application seeking framing of additional issues. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and respondents. Perused the order.

3.

On due consideration of submissions advanced in the light of order passed by the trial Court, I am of the view that no case

2-WP-8500-2016 is made out to call for interference in the exercise of jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. The order passed by the trial Court is reasoned and based upon due appreciation of pleadings. In this view, the petition is devoid of merit and substance. The petition is dismissed.
