It is submitted that the petitioner has submitted fresh proposal on 14.03.2018. Under order dated 28.03.2018, we had directed the respondents not to refuse to accept the examination form of the petitioner,
( 2 ) wp 10006.14 only on the ground that the validity certificate is not submitted. 2.
Considering the fact that the petitioner has appeared for the final year examination and the proposal is submitted afresh and further that it is the petitioner who is at fault for not submitting the proposal for four
(04) years, we pass following order.

The Committee shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of the caste claim of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of eight (8) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 16.05.2018. The petitioner shall cooperate in expeditious disposal of the proceeding. The respondents shall not declare the result, nor shall issue any document to the petitioner until and unless the petitioner produces the validity certificate. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs. 4.
In view of the disposal of the writ petition, pending civil applications are also disposed of.
