By this petition, the petitioner is seeking a specific writ of mandamus against the respondents for making payment of amount on the basis of a chart annexed to the petition. 2.

We are of the opinion that such a writ of mandamus cannot be granted, and the petition seeking such specific relief is misconceived. 3.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner invites attention of this Court to certain proposals sent to respondent No. 2 to 4 with regard to alleged entitlement of reimbursement under the provisions of the Right to Children to Free and Compulsory Education 1/2

49 WP NO. 7971 OF 2025 Act, 2009. Therefore, submission is made that the Court may issue direction to the said respondents to consider the proposals. 4.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent Nos. 2 to 4 to consider the proposals of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law.
