The condition, not to enter Bhokardan Taluka, has been imposed while granting the applicant bail vide order dated 02nd March, 2022. The applicant had applied for custody of the vehicle involved in the commission of crime. The Court has granted his application, but because of the condition not to enter Bhokardan Taluka, he is unable to appear before the Court below to execute necessary papers for obtaining custody of the vehicle. 2.

In view of above, the condition, not to enter Bhokardan Taluka, is relaxed for next three weeks. Criminal application stands disposed of accordingly.
