The applicants are seeking condonation of delay, setting aside abatement and permission to bring legal heirs of the original claimant Maroti @ Maruti Baburao Pawar on record. 2.

The cause of action survives against heirs of the deceased applicant. The civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B' and 'C'. The civil application is disposed of. 3.
