By this application, the applicant original petitioner prays for issuance of notice to respondent Nos. 3 to 6. It is further submitted that the notices would be published in appropriate newspapers to serve these respondents.

Issue notice to respondent Nos. 3 to 6 returnable on 14.8.2019. The learned Advocate waives service for respondent No. 3 and Mr. Tekale, the learned Advocate waives service of notice for respondent No. 5.

As such, notice to respondent No. 4 shall be published as per the choice of the applicant in "Daily Divya Marathi" Aurangabad edition and notice to respondent No. 6 in "Daily News paper Hari Bhoomi" published in Malesar, Gurugram, Haryana. These notices shall be published on or before 3.8.2019.
