By this Writ Petition the petitioner is seeking direction that the caste claim of the petitioner which is pending before the Caste Scrutiny be decided expeditiously.

It has been informed across the bar, the proceedings of the caste claim of the petitioner has already been heard and the matter is now posted for passing the appropriate orders.

Considering the fact that the said claim is pending since more than 10 years, we direct Respondent No.2-Committee to pass final order within a period of two weeks from today. 5.
