The applicant prays for adding paragraph No.10A and prayer clause at paragraph No.17B, considering the fact that this Court has dismissed the petition filed by the non-applicant / management with costs of Rs.25,000/-. In S.L.P., the Honourable Supreme Court has confirmed the judgment of this Court and has set aside the costs of Rs.25,000/-. 2.

Shri Kulkarni submits that the proposed amendments are with regard to subsequent events.

Shri Nagargoje, learned Advocate for non-applicants opposes this Civil Application.

Considering the above and the reasons set out in the application No. 10155 of 2016, same is allowed. Amendment shall be carried out within two weeks from today.
