Heard rival submissions.

The respective applicants are seeking withdrawal of their amounts of compensation alongwith the interest accrued thereon, which have been deposited by the Acquiring Body. 3.

This Court, vide order dated 03.12.2019 passed in other connected matters, has already permitted the applicants

(2) 920 CA-8105.2023 & ors.odt therein to withdraw 70% of the deposited amounts. In view of the same, the present applicants are also permitted to withdraw 70% of the deposited compensation amounts in all these matters, on usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this court and remaining amounts be kept in F.D.R. in any Nationalized Bank on yearly renewal basis till final disposal of these appeals.
