After arguing the matter for some time, learned advocate for the petitioners reconciles to that valuation of property in suit would be required to be shown in the plaint as directed under paragraph No. 22 of order dated 25th May, 2017. 2.

As such, petitioners to carry out valuation of suit property as directed under paragraph No. 22 of order dated 25th May, 2017 passed by Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division, Rahata in respect of preliminary issue in Regular Civil Suit No. 544 of 2014, as early as possible and in any case within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of writ of this order to the trial court.

Writ petition, as such, stands disposed of.
