This is an application for withdrawal of the amount deposited by respondent No.1 in this court in the first appeal No. 163/2016. Initially the appeal was filed in the name of Anant Bhosale. Same is now changed to Swapnil Bhosale. The applicant has annexed the copy of gazette in which corrected name is shown. Learned counsel for the applicant further relies upon the order passed by this court dated 20-07-2023 in the civil application No. 8105/2023 and other connected similar applications.

In view above, application stands partly allowed. 3.

The applicant shall be entitled to withdraw 70% of the amount of compensation deposited in this court by furnishing an undertaking to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this court. Remaining amount be kept in fix deposit in any Nationalized Bank on yearly renewal basis till final disposal of the appeal.

Amount be transferred in the account standing in the name of applicant as Swapnil Bhosale.
