The applicant by way of application prays for permission to publish paper publication in largely circulated daily newspaper namely, 'Dainik Lokmat', Latur, Latur Region on the backdrop of the report that the respondent Nos. 8, 13, 15 and 18 in Writ Petition No. 3625/2017 could not be served on the ground that they are not residing on the given address.

The learned Counsel by inviting our attention to paragraph Nos. 3 and 4 prays for the paper publication. The prayer is formal in nature. The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) subject to the applicant depositing necessary charges with the Registry and place on record the copy of the paper publication as and when it is published in the newspaper.
