The petitioner/management which has been granted permission to start English Medium Primary School from the academic year 20092010 by the communication dated 02.03.2010 by the Education Officer (Primary) Zilla Parishad, is aggrieved by the fact that requests for starting the classes as per the natural growth, have been pending with the authorities since the year 2011-2012. The details of the proposals have also been indicated at page no.27.
