PER COURT :- In view of interim order, the petitioner was permitted to submit on-line tender application and respondent authorities were directed not to insist for payment of tender fees and EMD. However, it has been informed that, the petitioner did not participate in the tender process and has not submitted on-line tender.

In this view of the matter, the grievance raised by the petitioner in the instant petition does not deserve consideration. The writ petition stands disposed of.
