After hearing the learned Advocates for the both the sides, when this Court expressed disinclination to grant relief to the applicant, the learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the application.

Leave granted. The bail application stands disposed of as withdrawn.

The learned counsel for the applicant further prayed that the trial may be expedited.

The learned Trial Court is directed to decide the case as expeditiously as possible, in any case within one year. However, it is clarified that if any matter is expedited either by the Honourable

958 BA.1232.2025.odt Supreme Court or this Court, then the Trial Court shall conclude that case first and then proceed further with this trial. Needless to mention that it is a sessions trial and word "sessions" means once it is started it shall not be stopped till it is concluded.
