The applicant was claiming bail on the ground that there was no progress in the trial. Hence, the report of the Trial Court was called. He has assigned the proper reasons and assured that all the witnesses who are not concerned with the muddemal property will be examined and the next date is scheduled on 27.11.2023. There seems no deliberate protraction of the trial. It could not be listed for hearing due to certain compliances which were also important for the accusal. 2.

Be that as it may, the Trial Court is directed to streamline the program and make sincere endeavour to dispose of the trial at the earliest.

Learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the application.
