Learned counsel for the applicant, after arguing for sometime, has sought liberty to withdraw the present application, as the Court is not inclined to grant bail. It is informed by the learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned APP that the trial has already commenced and one witness is already examined. 2.

In view of the aforesaid the circumstances, liberty is granted to the applicant to apply afresh after one year, if there is no substantial progress in the trial. The applicant may then approach this Court again.

The Bail Application accordingly stands disposed of as withdrawn.
