By this successive Bail Application, the Applicant has prayed to grant the bail on parity. Learned counsel for the Applicant has placed on record the order of this Court dated 25.04.2024 in Bail Application No. 286/2024 and one another.

Perusal of the material and the role attributed to those Applicants and the present Applicant, the Court is not satisfied that the Applicant deserves parity. The earlier Bail Application of the

- 2 - ba1150.24.odt Applicant was withdrawn however, the advantage is tried to be taken since the Court did not mention disinclination to grant bail. It was a withdrawal of the Application by the Applicant. So it must be presumed that the Court was not inclined to grant the bail. Applicant's counsel could not point out the change in circumstances. 4.

When this Court expressed disinclination to grant the bail, learned counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Application.

Leave granted. Application stands dismissed as withdrawn.
