PER COURT :- Learned counsel for the applicant has strenuously submitted that, Writ Petition No.9356 of 2014, in relation to renewal of mutation entries be listed for final hearing out of turn. Presently writ petitions of similar causes of action filed in 1992 and onwards are being taken-up for final hearing on every Thursday and part of the Friday by this Court. As such, this writ petition can not be listed out of turn.

Considering the age of the applicant - respondent No.1, which is said to be about 80 years, this application is partly allowed. List Writ Petition No.9356 of 2014 in the weekly final hearing board commencing from 21.8.2017.
