By our order dated 07.04.2025, the matter was sent for mediation and the report has been received from Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Nanded/the learned Mediator that the matter is not settled. When the Non Bailable Warrants have been issued that means the applicants are not observing the law and the terms of bail/Section 41-A of Code of Criminal Procedure [1]
