The learned advocate for petitioner submits that the petitioner is claiming retireal benefits. The documents pertaining to the service of the petitioner are lost. The petitioner is not in possession of any documents.

2] Notice. The learned AGP accepts notice for respondents and submits that the office of the respondent has responded to the application of the petitioner and asked him to submit some documents of his service as the office of the respondent does not have any record.

3] The petitioner has only given the dates of his appointment and retirement. The petitioner does not possess any document. In absence of the documents, it will also be difficult for the office to process the claim of the petitioner. It is said that the petitioner has given dates of appointment, retirement and his transfer from one office to another office.

963 wp8176.19 4] The petitioner or his representative may attend the office of his initial appointment, office of the transfer and try to get the information. If it is otherwise possible, the respondent may also try to search the record as per the dates that may be given by the petitioner and then take decision with regard to the claim of the petitioner for pensionary benefits.

5] Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
