Issue notice to the respondents. Learned A.G.P. waives notice for respondent Nos.1 to 3. Mr. Shaikh, the learned Counsel waives notice for respondent Nos.4 and 5.

The learned Counsel for respondent Nos.4 and 5 submits that the respondent Nos.4 and 5 would forward the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner within four weeks.

On receipt of proposal, the Education Officer shall decide the same on its own merits and in accordance with law and policy, preferably within six months.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
