The applicant-acquiring body is seeking recalling of the order dated 08.01.2020, in all these matters, whereby registration of their frst appeals was refused for non supply of copies. There is also huge delay in fling these applications and in the meantime, the appeal memos and annexures are also destroyed. The learned Counsel for the applicantacquiring body undertakes to reconstruct the same and to

In view of the same, the order dated 08.01.2020 stands recalled and the appeals, after reconstruction, are restored for removal of all the offce objections within four weeks, subject to cost of Rs.3500/- each to be paid to the Library of Government Pleader's Offce at Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad.
