The matter was kept for seeking instruction as to what is the stage of proceedings in learned trial court, as it was informed that, charge-sheet has already been filed. Learned APP today submits that, information has been received that charge is already framed, but muddemal is awaited.

Taking the same into consideration, learned counsel for the applicant fairly conceded that, under such circumstances, he is ready to withdraw the present application on instructions. However, he seeks liberty to move fresh bail application, if the trial does not progress within three or four months time.

Permission is granted to withdraw the application with liberty to move fresh bail application as prayed. The application is disposed off as withdrawn.
