The learned counsel submits that the petitioner has made representation with regard to his transfer to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Nanded.

Mr. Pulkundwar, learned counsel accepts notice for respondent nos. 3 and 4.

Considering the fact that learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent no. 3 be directed to decide the representation, we pass the following order.
