The petitioner seeks to challenge an order passed by the learned Additional Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad in a proceeding bearing No. DB/Appeal/Cell/CR-98/2022 dated 29.11.2022, wherein the application for condonation of delay is rejected by the said authority. 02.

After arguing for some time, the learned AGP raised preliminary objection that against the impugned order, there is revisional remedy available in view of Rule 15 of the Maharashtra Zilla Parishad District Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1964.

In view of the same, the petition is disposed off by granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the State Government. Needless to say that the time spent in this Court shall be considered as time spent in prosecuting the litigation and same shall be considered while condoning the delay, if any.
