We have considered the strenuous submissions of the learned Advocate for the Petitioner. The learned AGP points out that the Tribunal has already observed that the applicant's seniority would be considered from the date he has been exempted from clearing the departmental exam. She also points out that the Tribunal has observed in the interim order that the Original Application filed by the Petitioner would be considered "for final disposal at once and separate notice for final disposal shall not be issued". The matter is posted on 01.08.2024.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits on instructions that the Petitioner desires to withdraw this Petition and advance final submissions before the learned Tribunal. 3.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off as withdrawn.
