The petitioner is before us being anxious of the fact that though he has submitted an application online with the respondent no.2/competent authority for issuance of a fresh caste certificate in form 'c' which is a recognized format since he was issued with a certificate in incorrect form 'c'.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent no.2/competent authority on 19.07.2024 and surrender his original caste certificate. The respondent no.2 shall issue fresh one in form 'c' within a week thereafter.
