Petitioners' proposals for validation of their tribe certificates are pending with the scrutiny committee. Two of them are in urgent need of the decision, to secure admissions through the NEET-UG2024. 2.

Petitioners' learned advocate submits that being close relatives, all the petitioners are ready to adopt the reply of validity holder - Amol Tukaram Devale to the report of the vigilance cell in his matter.

The committee may consider the request of the petitioners to adopt the reply filed by Amol Tukaram Devale. Since Amol was granted certificate of validity by the order of this Court (order dated 18-10-2023 in writ petition no. 12715 of 2023) subject to the condition

2 WP / 7092 / 2024 that its validity would depend upon the final outcome of the matter which the commitee had re-opened, the present committee may consider grant of certificates of validity to all these petitioners with a similar condition.
