The learned counsel for the appellant - Insurance company is present, The learned counsel for the respondents/claimants are also present. The learned counsel for the appellant-Insurance Company submits that the appellant-Insurance Company wants to withdraw the appeals. 2.
In pursuance of the statement of withdrawal of the appeals, the learned counsel for the appellant has placed on record the pursis for withdrawal of the appeals. In all the present matters, pursis are taken on record and marked as '
X'
for identification.

The appellant-Insurance company has accepted the awards passed by the learned concerned Motor Accident Claim Tribunals, in Motor Accident Claim Petition Nos.77 of 2010, 252 of 2011 and 256 of 2011. 4.
In view of the withdrawal pursis which are marked ' X' for identification, all these appeals stand disposed of as withdrawn. 5.
In view of the above, the amount deposited by the appellantInsurance Company be paid to the respective claimants/respondents in these appeals along-with accrued interest thereon till date, as apportioned by the learned Tribunal.

The Court fee refund certificates be issued as per the Rules. 7.
