I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner for some time.

The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition. The learned counsel for the petitioner, however, submits that the petitioner, if availed alternate remedy of fling the appeal before the S.D.O., the S.D.O. should not pass any order under the infuence of the directions given by the Collector. The petitioner aggrieved by the order passed by the Tahsildar, if approaches the S.D.O. by fling an appeal, it is for the S.D.O. to decide the said appeal, on its own merits, without getting infuenced by any directions on administrative side by the Collector. Leave granted. Writ petition disposed of as withdrawn.
