The learned counsel for Respondent No.2 points out from the daily status of the case which is pending before the Trial Court i.e. R.C.C. No.133 of 2022 that the evidence of the prosecution witnesses has been completed and the matter is pending for recording statement of the Applicant/accused under Section 313 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and the matter is posted for final arguments. Under such circumstances, we do not find this to be a fit case, where we should exercise our powers under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
