Mr. Khsirsagar, the learned advocate submits that, the disparity in the pay of Gram Sevak and Khrushi Sahayyak is existing. Same is not considered.

The learned Additional Government Pleader submits that, in that case the petitioners have to approach the Pay Anomaly Committee.

The petitioners may approach the Pay Anomaly Committee in that regard by making comprehensive representation and same may be certainly considered by the Committee on its own

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
