Mr. Talhar, the learned A.S.G. submits that the Registrar of Companies would take steps and shall cure the defects and activate DIN of the Petitioners at the earliest.

In light of that, the grievance of the Petitioners to a large extent would stand redressed.

In view of that, we dispose of the Writ Petition and direct the Respondent to take the steps as undertaken by it to activate the DIN of

2 wp 8177.2020 the Petitioners preferably within a period of three (03) months.

The communication received by Mr. Talhar, the learned A.S.G. is placed on record.

The Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
