We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

At the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, leave to amend prayer clauses.

Mr. Deshmukh, the learned counsel, on instructions of respondent Nos. 1 and 2, submits that suspension of the petitioner shall be revoked by respondent Nos. 1 and 2 on or before 25th January, 2021. 4.

The said statement is accepted as an undertaking to this Court. 5.

The another grievance of the petitioner is seeking directions against respondent Nos. 2 and 4 to decide the representation of the petitioner in respect of monthly deduction of Rs.40,000/- from July, 2019 so also non grant of annual increments.

According to the respondents, the said representation is already

decided and negated.

The petitioner may make representation to respondent No.3, Joint Director of Higher Education with regard to his grievance. The Joint Director of Higher Education, on receipt of the representation from the petitioner, shall, upon hearing the petitioner and respondents, take decision upon the representation of the petitioner, on its own merits, after considering the entire factual matrix, expeditiously, preferably within four months from the date of the application.

Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
