The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has been settled before the Executing Court and the the decree is fully satisfied. In view of the above, the learned counsel seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the first appeal with permission to withdraw the statutory amount deposited in this Court i.e. 25,000/-. 2.
