Both these applications are filed for condonation of delay of 2650 and 2585 days caused in filing the appeals filed by the claimants for enhancement of the amount of compensation. Their lands came to be acquired by the respondents.

Considering the above, applications stand allowed subject to depositing of cost of Rs.2500/- in each application to be paid to the Library of Bar Association of this court within four weeks from today.
