The petitioner has put forth prayer clause 'C' as under :- C.

By a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction in the like nature, the respondent no. 1 may kindly be directed to decide the appeal dated 24.08.2021 filed by the petitioner within stipulated period of two months;

Having briefly heard the submissions of the learned advocate for the petitioner and the learned AGP, we find it appropriate to direct respondent No. 1 to decide the pending appeal of the petitioner, which is filed on 24.8.2021.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. Respondent No. 1 shall issue notice in the appeal filed by the petitioner, to all the litigating parties and after granting reasonable opportunity of hearing to all concerned, shall decide the said appeal, on it's own

WP 8283/22 merits, on or before 30th December, 2022. All contentions of the litigating parties are kept open.
