ORDER

1.

This appeal is placed before us in today's National Lok Adalat. 2.

The learned counsel Shri Upadhye is present for the appellant. None present for the respondents. The learned counsel for the appellant has fled a pursis which is marked as 'X'. By this pursis, the appellant do not want to continue in this appeal and wants to withdraw the same. It is also contended in the pursis that the amount deposited by the appellant be allowed to be withdrawn by the claimants. In view of the pursis 'X', the following order is passed:

ORDER

i) The appeal is allowed to be withdrawn.

ii) The amount deposited by the appellant with this Court shall be transmitted along with accrued interest to the M.A.C.T, Beed. On receiving the amount from this Court, the learned Member M.A.C.T, Beed shall disburse the amount to all the claimants in accordance with law by issuing them notices.

FA-1718-2012.odt iii) In view of the withdrawal pursis (marked as 'X'), the appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn.

iv) The Court fee be refunded as per rules.
