Petitioner's proposal for validation of the tribe certificate has been pending with the committee since March 2023. Having appeared at NEET-UG-2024, he is in urgent need of some decision. 2.

It is being brought to our notice that petitoner's real sister Monika was before this Court with a similar grievance and by the order dated 02-02-2022 in writ petition no. 1188 of 2022, she was directed to be issued with a certificate of validity which was made subject to the final outcome of the matters which the committee had decided to reopen in respect of the validity holders.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the committee to decide the petitioner's proposal as expeditiously as possible and in any case within three weeks.
