By this application, the Applicants (Original Respondents) are seeking extension of time by six months to decide the representations of the Original Petitioner. By an order dated 10.02.2025 the petition was disposed of with a direction that the said representations be decided within a period of 12 weeks.

It is stated that in the Application that for deciding the representations certain policy decisions would have to be taken and that large volume of factual data pertaining to security guards registered with various boards all over Maharashtra would have to be considered and the issues involved therein would also have to be taken into account.

Considering the reasons stated in the Application, we are inclined to allow the same.

Accordingly, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause-B. An extension of time by six months is granted for deciding the representations.
