The petitioner husband has challenged an order of condonation of delay caused in filing revision by the wife. He is aggrieved to the extent of condition of depositing 50% amount of arrears for condonation of delay. It is case of the husband that when he has denied relationship itself, there is no question of imposing such a condition. This Court is not much impressed by the argument of learned Advocate for the petitioner. Care of his interest can be taken by passing suitable order. Hence, following order :-

( 2 ) crwp1048.19 i) The petitioner-husband to deposit 50% of the amount of arrears as on the date of order passed by the Sessions Court. Said amount shall not be disbursed by the Sessions Court till disposal of the Revision.

ii) With above directions, the Criminal Writ Petition stands disposed off.
