We have heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides. The learned Advocate for the applicant/original petitioner submits that he was a Class 4 worker with the corporation. He has crossed the age of superannuation. He has no source of income. 2.

Considering the reasons cited and the objections of the respondents, the civil application is allowed. The delay of 940 days is condoned. We are not imposing costs in the light of the financial khs/Jan.2023/14409

- 2 - condition of the applicant.

All office objections shall be removed on or before 10.02.2023. As the petitioner makes a statement that the file would be reconstructed, let the reconstructed file be tendered on or before the same date.
