Leave to add Caste Scrutiny Committee, Dhule as Respondent No.3, Addition be carried out forthwith. The learned AGP appears on behalf of all the Respondents.

Heard the learned Advocate for the Petitioners and the learned AGP. Issue is as regards correcting the spelling of 'Tokre Koli' in the Tribe Certificate, which is confiscated by the Committee. khs/July 2024/7200

These Writ Petitions are disposed off with the following directions :- [a] Respondent No.3 Committee shall hand over the original certificate to the Petitioners, who shall execute an undertaking that the original certificate would be tendered to the S.D.O., Jalgaon. [b] An affidavit to the above extent shall be filed. [c] After filing the affidavit, the Committee shall release the original certificate, which the Petitioners shall carry to Respondent No.2 and deposit it within 15 days.

[d] Respondent No.2 shall consider the sanctity and authenticity of the original certificate and issue a corrected certificate within 30 days, in Format C, with the correct spelling of 'Tokre Koli'. ( Y.G.KHOBRAGADE, J. ) ( RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.) khs/July 2024/7200
