In affidavit-in-reply presented on behalf of respondent No.1, it is stated that the directions issued by this Court in Writ Petition No.4676 of 2016 on 03.05.2016 have been complied with and the State Government has taken decision not to grant permission in favour of the petitioner-institution to open college. It would be open for the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the State Government by availing remedies available in law.

The Contempt Petition does not deserve consideration in view of the compliance of the directives issued by this Court by the respondent/State. 3.

The Contempt Petition thus stands rejected.
