The petitioner - management who was seeking letter of intent for starting a new secondary school has been granted such letter of intent, however, on self-finance basis. Its proposal with the respondent is pending seeking such letter of intent on non-grant basis. Representation dated 08-05-2023 seems to be pending with the office of the sole respondent.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondent to take appropriate decision on the petitioner's representation in accordance with the policy and law as expeditiously as possible and in any case within six weeks.
