Considering the exigency in the matter, heard both sides finally at the admission stage.

The case of the petitioner in brief is that he was entangled in Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) scam and a crime was registered. However, in the meantime, he cracked Central Teachers Eligibility Test (CTET) examination. Therefore, he is entitled to participate in the self-certification process on Pavitra Portal. 3.
The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Hina Kausar Mohammad Riyaz vs. The State of Maharashtra and others, Writ Petition No.8534 of 2023 and other writ petitions, dated 14.09.2023, allowed such candidates who have qualified CTET to
901-WP-7287-24.odt participate in self certification process. He has placed on record the copy of the said judgment and order.

The learned counsel for the contesting respondents submits that such candidates were allowed to participate in selfcertification process, but they should not claim equity in future. This condition was imposed on the petitioner. 5.
The Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Hina Kausar Mohammad Riyaz (supra) discussing entire facts of the case which are identical to the facts of the case allowed the candidates who were qualifying C-TET for self-certification, though shown enlisted in TET scam. We adopt the same course and pass the following order:-
ORDER
i) The writ petition stands disposed of.
ii) The petitioner is allowed to participate in self-certification process on Pavitra Portal which is in progress. iii) The petitioner shall not claim the equity.
iv) No order as to costs.
